Box and Document Retrieval
CityStore Document Storage can retrieve your files and archive boxes quickly and efficiently and can even have them ready for you to collect from our reception within one hour. Each box is individually labelled and coded with our own unique numbering system and all retrievals and collections are tracked to ensure that your documents remain secure.
Retrieval Options
- Fast Box Retrieval - In Person within 1hour
- For urgent file retrieval, we can have your archive box(es) ready for retrieval from our reception within just one hour of a request being made by phone.
- Retrievals can be made 7 days week during our opening hours
- Box Retrieval - By Courier - Same Day
- For fast delivery to an office, we can retrieve up to 10 boxes and them delivered by courier to your office the same working day, provided that the request is made before 1.00pm.
- Box Retrieval - By Courier - Next Day
- For all non-urgent request, we can either have an archive box ready for collection in reception at our offices from 9.00am the following day or delivered by courier before 1.00pm
