Our Customer Contract
Moving goods into storage can be a busy and stressful at the best of times, so why not download one of our contracts before you arrive at the centre?. Downloading the document prior to storing will enable you to fill the following sections in advance:
- Section 1 - Customer Details
- Section 14 - Automatic Debit Card / Direct Debit details
Don't worry if there are parts that you are unsure of how to complete - it will all be explained when you arrive to move your goods in.
Our Licence Agreement
We want our customers to fully understand the Terms & Conditions associated with taking space at CityStore Self-Storage, so please take the time to read through the document.
We have highlighted some of the most important points on Page 1. A member of our storage centre staff will also take you through the important points again on the day you move in. Please do not sign and date the licence agreement until then.
Insurance Summary Fact Sheet
All customers must be insured before they can take space in any of our storage facilities.
Our storage insurance is comprehensive and specifically for both domestic and business storage. With our policy you can be sure your goods are protected. We are:
- Competitively priced - £3.50 per calendar month, per £1000 worth of cover
- Flexible - increase your level of insurance as and when required.
