When will my order be delivered?

Boxes ordered online by Thursday at 16.00 will be delivered next day.
Orders made between Thursday at 16.00 and Friday at 16.00 before will be delivered on Monday
Orders made after 16.00 on Friday will be processed on Monday.

When will my order be delivered?

All deliveries will be made between 8.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

What happens if I am not at home to receive my order?
If there is a chance that you will not be at home to receive your order, it is essential that you complete the ‘Delivery Notes’ section on the online order form.

Please let us know if you would like your delivery left with a neighbour (please give name & house number), in the porch, or in a side alley etc. If no details are given and delivery cannot be made for, you will be charged a £10.35 non-delivery fee.

All our boxes packs are delivered in a strong water-resistant covering to ensure that they remain in perfect condition, even if you request the delivery to be left outside.
