• We do invoice per calendar month and payment is due on the first of each month. Storage is simple so we keep our billing simple.

• We do aim to agree a fixed rental price with our customers. This means your rental payments will remain the same each month when you store with us.

What we don't do:

• We don't invoice per 4 weeks like our competitors. With 4-weekly invoicing you will receive 13 invoices per year as opposed to only 12 invoices with us, so you will pay less with CityStore.

• We don't give complicated discount offers for the first 4, 8 or 12 weeks and then ask you to prepay to get them. We aim to agree a rate that suits you budget so there are no surprises.
